AlfaZeda Associates Limited was incorporated in 1999 and commenced operations in the same year to initially provide trustee services to selected clients. Over the years, the company grew significantly and expanded its range of services offered driven by its clients’ needs. As the complexity of services increased, the company was organized into Fiduciary Services, Corporate Administration and Secretarial Services and Trust Administration Services.
We offer the best possible tailor-made corporate management and administration solutions to each of our institutional, corporate and private clients with a wide range of services including Fiduciary, Trustee, Company Administration and Management, Secretarial, Accounting & Bookkeeping and Payroll Cyprus Residency.

Mrs Evanthia Lambrou , holds a degree in Law (LLB) and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She has extensive training / knowledge and experience in all areas of Cyprus Law and a specialization in Corporate Law , as well as practical involvement in the administration of companies and regulation level.

Accounting Supervisor
Mrs.Agni Ioannidou holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and in LCCI Level 3 IAS: Certificate in Accounting. She has extensive training / knowledge and experience in Accounting of both Local and International Business Companies since May 2017.

Corporate Services Supervisor
Mrs.Despoina Xenofontos holds a University Degree and has extensive training / knowledge and experience in Administrative, Fiduciary and Corporate Servicesas well as Compliance, for both Local and International Business Companies and she joined our team since June 2019.
